![]() It's been hard to get back to this blog, even though I have felt God prodding me to do so. 2011 has come in with a sense that all things are different. Have you felt it? It's been as if we have entered into a new chapter in time - a harder time. Winter has been long, causing me to be reflective on the changing of seasons personally as well as globally. Author Kendra Smiley said "it is a trick of the enemy to convince us that we are trapped in the season of life we are in and that we'll never get out of it." Isn't that so true. We often feel like things will never change or get better. But, we have God's word to stand on in these times and rest in his promises.
During my unintentional hiatus from this blog I did finish the Masters in Guidance and Counseling degree that I had started. Although my commitment to the museum has never waned, it has proved to be a very difficult project; much bigger, more expensive, and not always well received. But, just as we are finally seeing the signs of spring, I look forward to moving into a new season regarding the museum, as I follow my Lord's direction.

AuthorIt's not in my own might that A Light in the World museum will be built. I certainly do not have the resources to "make" it happen. In my heart I do believe that God has asked me to lead this endeavor with his help. It can only happen with divine appointments and God supplied people, funds, and other resources. I move forward in faith responding to His call to action. Thank you for reading. Categories
